An Important Note Regarding Awards

Unfortunately, we currently have a substantial backlog of awards, but we are processing them as quickly as possible. League secretaries should apply for awards for bowlers in their league. In order to expedite the process, please ensure the correct forms are filled out and the correct information is provided. Completed forms should be turned in at least twice a month.

300 Game Award

• Complete USBC Honor Score Application
• Complete GNOUSBC (Local) Award Application Form
• Select one award:
  • Slate Plaque
  • Towel
  • Shirt - Include shirt size

800 Series Award

• A printout of the entire 3-game series should be sent to the Association Manager
• Only Slate Plaques are currently available
